Getting Started:
Create Your Profile Account
You must have previously received an organization code from your Scrip-o-matic Program Administrator in order to create a customer account.

Click the link on the home page to create your account.
4g Software and Scrip-o-matic detest spam. The information you enter will only be used as necessary for the administration of your Scrip fundraising program. We will never sell or release your personal information to any 3rd parties. As part of the signup process, your organization's scrip fundraising administrator(s) have also agreed to adhere to this policy.
Next, create a username and password for your account.
Please enter a valid email address where you wish to receive confirmation for your orders and communications from your Scrip-o-matic Administrator(s).

Now you will log into your newly created account and finish setting up your profile information.

After you login the first time you will see a message instructing you to finish entering your profile information. You will enter your remaining contact information, where you wish your scrip to be delivered and how you wish to allocate the profits generated from your order. You will only need to enter this information once - unless you wish to make changes to your contact information or your profit share allocations.

Notice that your Scrip-o-matic program administrators may have defined mandatory allocations for all or part of your profits.
Once you edit your profile you are ready to place orders.
Remember: you do NOT have to edit your profile with every order unless you want to change your profit allocations, delivery locations or contact information.
To place an order you may click the green "Place an Order" button on your main login page, or you may select the "Place Order" menu button located on the top of any page.

The first step in ordering is to select your desired payment method.
Note that you will only see the payment methods that are allowed by your Scrip-o-matic administrator. You may or may not see both the Cash/Check and Paypal buttons.

Enter the quantities for each Scrip vendor you would like to purchase.
Please note that you do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to utilize PayPal's payment processing. You will receive a detailed email confirmation from PayPal regarding your order. Your Scrip will be processed and delivered to the location you have specified in your profile.
If you have chosen to pay with Cash or Check you will see this screen after you place your order.

Print a copy of your order by clicking the Print Order button.
A window will pop open containing your order and payment remittance instructions. (Make sure you do not have pop-ups blocked!) Print the order using your browser's print function and submit your order according to the printed instructions.

You will receive a confirmation email from your
Scrip-o-matic Administrator after they receive your order form and payment.
There are two ways you may view your order history. You will be able to view your past order details on future log ins or you may select the "Order History" menu option located on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Click the view icon next to any order to view its details.

If you select the Order History menu option you will be allowed to enter a date range for the orders you wish to view. You will then see the details of each order that you placed within your given date range.
Use this option to modify your personal or setup information. You may change your information at any time, but it will only affect your future orders.

Use this option to change your password.
You use this option if you can log in and would like to change your password.
If you don't have your password and are therefore unable to log in you can have it reset and emailed to the address you have entered in your Scrip-o-matic profile. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the main Scrip-o-matic page. If you no longer have access to your email account you must contact your Scrip-o-matic administrator and they will be able to reset it for you.
Use this option to send an email to your Scrip-o-matic Program Administrator.
