Pricing Philosophy
The goal of our pricing structure is to make Scrip-o-matic affordable for both large and small fundraising organizations. We realize that you are attempting to generate money for your program and you don't want to spend all your profit on a software utility - not even one as fantastic as Scrip-o-matic!
We charge a one time setup fee and then twice a year you will be billed a fee based on your usage/earnings generated.
On the surface, the Scrip-o-matic billing structure could look like 4g Software is being greedy. However, after analyzing the fundamental way scrip fundraising programs work we determined that charging by profit amount was the most equitable method.
A charge per order could penalize organizations whose customers typically place small orders. A charge based on total scrip dollar amount per order could penalize the organizations whose customers mainly purchase lower profit vendors. A large, one time, up front fee, might be financially impossible for smaller non-profit organizations and unjustly deny them the Scrip-o-matic experience.
We chose to charge based on a percentage of your earnings because they can be related to the amount of Scrip-o-matic resources you are using.
As an added benefit of the pricing structure, since we are earning money if you are earning money you can be sure that 4g Software is committed to keeping Scrip-o-matic the best and easiest to use software package available.
Cost Analysis
The minimum amount you would pay is $50 per usage period/$100 per year. Thats only a little over $8 per month! Anyone who has been involved with managing a Scrip fundraising program will tell you that $8 per month is well worth the time savings, convenience and functionality that Scrip-o-matic provides.
The usage fee will begin to exceed $50 only after you have generated over $1000 in net profits in a period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time per the details in the Terms of Use. Basically you just need to give us a little notice and pay any outstanding usage fees.(There is a re-activation fee of $50 if you cancel and later decide to sign up again.)
