What Information We Collect

When you visit our web site you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and standard web site use information collected by the server as you utilize Scrip-o-matic.

1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide
Registration/Purchase Information.
You will provide information about yourself, your organization and purchases when you register and use Scrip-o-matic services.
Scrip-o-matic does not collect or have access to customer's financial information. Any financial information is collected by third party financial institutions, such as PayPal, and they have complete and sole responsibility for the storage and safety of any financial information.
Email Information.
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
2. Web Site Use Information
Similar to most Web sites, our Web site utilizes Web server logs to collect information about how our Web site is used. Information gathered through Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Web site. Scrip-o-matic does not use cookies.

How We Use the Information You Provide
Security measures don't mean a thing if the data is sold or given away! 4g Software will never sell or divulge your information to any third party. The information we collect is used solely in the use of running Scrip-o-matic. We may occassionally send emails to registered Scrip-o-matic administrators regarding important changes to Scrip-o-matic. We will never directly contact any of your customers/users.

If you do not want us to contact you via email you may opt out by emailing us at support@scripomatic.com. However it is highly suggested that you do not opt-out since we will only contact you with important information related to Scrip-o-matic and email is our chosen method of communication.

A Special Message Regarding SPAM
We absolutely detest spam. As part of our terms of use, every organization that uses Scrip-o-matic must also agree to use all Scrip-o-matic information solely for managing their fundraising program.

Privacy of Children

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Scrip-o-matic does not market to children. It is up to each fundraising organization to ensure that their customers are at least 13 years old.

Certain Disclosures
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us or affiliated parties; (b) protect and defend our rights and property, our site, the users of our site, and/or our affiliated parties; (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of our site, us, or third parties.
